Room A - “Arcade Room” arcade machine, 8 modern and vintage consoles, table for board games
and adult to sit at.
Room B - VIP Room, PS5 and projector set up
Room C - “Gaming Room” 1 VR headset and 6 gaming consoles
Room D and E - Is currently a kitchen and toilet area, these will be staff only
Room F - is separate and won’t be part of the lease
Room G - is the toilet facilty
