Officer's Report
The application relates to a house in a row of similar style properties in Grafton Street, Douglas.
The proposal is to replace the existing blue, top opening windows with white pvc sliding sash windows at the front of the property.
There are a mixture of styles of windows within the road but these will be similar to those on the adjoining house to the west and the same colour as the property to the east. They will not be out of keeping with the style of the house or in the road in general.
