Officer's Report
The site represents Numbers 9-31 (odd), 18-44 (even) Snugborough Avenue, 1 & 2 Close Corran, 1, 2, 19 & 20 Close Y Lhengy, and 1-22 Close Y Locker all in Snugborough housing estate, although the proposed gates are not to be installed on every plot.
Proposed here is the installation of double gates where there are vehicular entrances and low fencing alongside where necessary. The gates are attractive and probably do not require permission as they comply with the Permitted Development Order, the fencing does not but is unobjectionable.
