Proposal: Fabrication and erection of 19 double gates and signposts including fencing as required to gates at at: 1 And 2 Close Corran And Various Properties In Close Y Lhergy And Close Y Locker Close Y Locker Union Mills Braddan
which was considered on 27 September 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of gates and fencing as shown in drawing reference 01 and the location plan, both received on 5th August 2004.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
