After description to Installation of (a) replacement windows in vPVC; and (b) replacement front door; & summerhill, Douglas.

(a) Approve 30.9.04 (1) SC 1 (4 years) (2) Where the existing apertures have arched heads, the proposed windows must have arched frames to match. (3) Subject to condition (2) above, this approval relates to the installation of replacement windows in accordance with the submitted documents which are date- stamped 11.8.04.

(b) Refuse 30.9.04 The proposed door would be out of keeping with the original architectural style of the building. Note: The door should be match more closely that in No. 3; it is recommended that there should be consultation with the Dept.'s Con. Officer of
