- This approval relates to drawing no.s 0467/1/1 and 0467/1/2 date stamped the 16th August 2004.
- The building hereby permitted by this approval shall only be used for purposes ancillary to the enjoyment of the associated dwelling.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
