The application seeks approval for the replacement of existing windows with uPVC casement windows within a farm cottage in Bride.

The barn is accessed along a minor private lane and is not readily visible. The replacement windows would appear to be replacing non-original windows. Given the location and the appearance of the existing windows I consider that the proposal is acceptable. Accordingly, I recommend that the application be approved.
