Officer's Report

The site represents the curtilage of number 35 All Saints Park - a new development on the northern side of Church Road. Proposed here is the erection of a conservatory on the rear elevation. The existing house is a semi-detached two storey property. The conservatory is to be 3.7m by 3.2m and just under 3m in height, finished in brick to match the house.

There is a large window in the side looking towards the adjoining neighbour although the boundary fence will block out almost any overlooking.
