In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 10 December 2004, for the reasons set out below.

Reasons For Refusal:
- The verandah/decking extends the level area immediately behind number 12 All Saints Park and extends significantly the opportunity for the overlooking of the properties immediately behind. Furthermore, the decking presents a dominant and unneighbourly feature in the area which significantly reduces the enjoyment of the properties immediately to the south east.
NOTE As this decking has already been erected without planning permission, the decking must be removed within 4 weeks of the date of this decision as it becomes final.
NOTE This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
