Hillydene is an existing, detached property situated on the coastal side of Old Laxey Hill, close to its junction with Shore Road.
Proposed here is the erection of a conservatory measuring 3.8m by 4.8m and 3.0m to the ridge. It has a hipped roof and will be situated on the south western side of the property on the side, squaring off the rear elevation. There are no objections to this proposal and it will have no adverse impact.
