Officer's Report

The application seeks approval for the erection of a extension over a garage to the side of a semi-detached dwelling in Ramsey.

The side extension is set back from the front elevation of the dwelling and because of its position in relation to the surrounding properties would not cause any sort of terracing. I consider the proposal to be in keeping with the style of the dwelling and acceptable. I recommend that the application be approved.
