The site represents the curtilage of an existing property which lies on the north eastern side of the Dreemskerry Road (B19).

Proposed here is the replacement of an existing greenhouse with a new summer house. This is situated in the side garden and is of limited size (2.7m by 4m with a ridge height of 3m). There are other buildings between the new building and the neighbour. The summer house is attractive and well made and will not detract from the appearance of the site or the property.
