I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners meeting held on Wednesday 28th July 2004.

The Commissioners would recommend that the application be APPROVED for planning purposes subject to the following conditions:-

“Parking to be confined to within the curtilage of the property so as to maintain free access for other vehicles over the existing unadopted lane.”
