the property is an existing cottage facing south west in Queen Street near the Promenade.
Proposed is the replacement of the existing top hung casements with uPVC sliding sashes and the replacement of the front door with a plastic one of a similar design.
The windows are an improvement and comply with our present guidance on the replacement of windows in Conservation Areas (1/98).
