- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the replacement of the existing windows with uPVC framed sliding sashes and the replacement of the front door all as shown in the submitted information received on 7/7/04.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
