Officer's Report
The property is an existing semi detached house situated on the northern side of Creggans Avenue at the south western end of Peel off Glenfaba Road.
Proposed is a solid-walled extension at the rear of the property to provide a sun lounge, bathroom and porch. This will be 3.5 by 5.8m in area and 3.8m in height, tucking under the cill of the upstairs windows. This is the same projection and slightly higher than an existing glazed structure already at the rear of the property to the east. The extension will be 0.8m from the boundary with the property to the east and 2.3m from the other boundary.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This permission relates to the extension shown in drawings M/1/04, M/2/04 and the location plan all received on 9th July, 2004.
C 3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
N 4. The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
