REASONS FOR REFUSAL
Application Ref No: 04/01438/B
- The extension, by virtue of its height, level above that of the neighbouring garden and proximity to the boundary would adversely affect the outlook from and enjoyment of the garden of number 14, Briarfield Avenue.
Note: this refusal is without prejudice to a glazed extension which would have less of an impact on the adjacent property.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
