Officer's Report

The site represents the curtilage of the relatively new nursery located on the southern side of the A1 through St. John's. Planning permission was granted for the various structures and the use of the site for a whoilesale and retail nursery on the site under PA 01/0004. Two further polytunnels were approved under PA 03/1704.

Now proposed are two extensions to an approved building which is under construction and are to be used in association with the approved building for secure storage and plant labelling.

The extensions are modest in size and have no adverse impact.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
