Officer's Report

Manor Park School is located to the south of Pulrose estate and behind where the former Sacred heart church stood prior to its demolition.

Proposed here is the creation of a safe play area to the south west of the school building. This takes the form of a fenced off tarmacadam area built up from the existing sloping ground level.

The land beyond the new play area is part of the Pulrose Golf Course which will not be adversely affected by the proposal.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This approval relates to the creation of a safe play area as shown in drawings 11918/04, 11918/03 and 11918/02 all received on 16th July, 2004.
