- By reasons of its size, extent and style the proposed conservatory is considered to be out of keeping with the character of the dwelling and detrimental to visual amenity.
NOTE Without prejudice to any subsequent planning application the applicant is advised that a proposal for a more modest conservatory, in keeping with the scale and character of the dwelling, may be acceptable.
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
