The site represents the scout hall in School Hill situated between existing housing to the north and parking spaces to the south west. Proposed here is the additional usage of the hall as a nursery accommodating between 30 and 32 children and operating between 8am and 6.30pm with five members of staff.
The premises are ideally located within walking distance of a lot of properties and DoT have not objected to the application.
