The site represents Allanson's nurseries, located on the southern side of the A1 Main Road. Proposed here is the erection of 4 new polytunnels alongside 9 existing ones in the southern part of the site. This is a legitimate use in accordance with the approved use of the site and will have no adverse impact.

German Commissioners have been chased for their comments on 17th September 2004. No comments have been received as at 27th September (D Brown)
