Which was considered on 10 September 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s LK-04/02-1 and LK-04/02-2 date stamped the 30th July 2004.
- The tree, shown on drawing no. LK-04/02-2 date stamped the 30th July 2004, must be planted in the first planting and seeding season following the completion of the development or the occupation of the dwellings, whichever is the sooner. Should the tree within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, be removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased it must be replaced in the next planting season with another of a similar size and species.
- The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.
NOTE: A Drainage Connection Fee will be payable to the Drainage Authority on this development
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
