In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Steve Parker Proposal: Erection of a conservatory on rear elevation of at: Elim Church 9 Princes Road Ramsey IM8 2EU
which was considered on 1 November 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the location plan date stamped the 2nd June 2004 and composite site and elevation drawing date stamped the 24th September 2004.
- The glass in southern elevation of the conservatory must be glazed in frosted glass so as to avoid the potential for an unacceptable level of overlooking. The level of obscuration used must be no less than level 5 as detailed on the Pilkington's textured glass range or equivalent.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
