In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Property Nominees Ltd

which was considered on 23 July 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to Drawing Numbers 03/66/01 and 02 Rev A, submitted and date stamped 7th June 2004.
- The unit may be occupied in association with Malew House only and not as a separate unit of permanent residential accommodation.
- The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature.
NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
- All plumbing stacks must be constructed internally.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
