which was considered on 9 August 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

• the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
• any appeal has been completed.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to the drawings submitted on and date stamped 28th June 2004.

1. The building must be used for agricultural purposes only.

1. The roof must be dark grey or green in colour.

NOTE This permission is granted on the basis that no trees will be felled or damaged as part of the development, as indicated in the application.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
