Officer's Report

Approval is sought to convert an existing garage at Port - e - Chee, Malew Road, Castletown into an additional bedroom with en-suite. In addition a roof light it proposed to the front roof slope. In addition it is proposed to widen the existing access.

The DoT raises no objection to the development - parking would remain to the front elevation, and the proposal is considered to be acceptable.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
