In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr & Mrs K Tasker

Which was considered on 15 June 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

• the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
• any appeal has been completed.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 11th May 2004.

1. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

1. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

NOTE The application states that the surface water from the proposed development is to be discharged to the "existing drainage". If this "existing drainage" discharges (directly or indirectly) to the foul sewerage system then it should be noted that an alternative means of surface water disposal must be provided.

NOTE: The applicant is requested to supply the Division a copy of any Building Control Application in relation to the surface water discharge from this development.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
