Officer's Report
The properties which are the subject of this application lie on the western side of Cronk Gennal at the entrance to Snugborough Avenue and are two of a terrace of four two storey houses.
Proposed here is the rebuilding of a small rear annex providing a pitched roof and more attractive outlet which is linked to the main house and is more easily usable by the tenants. One of the properties, number 2 has a green house at the rear of the existing annex which will be relocated behind the proposed rebuilt one.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This approval relates to the reconstruction of the rear outlets of numbers 2 and 4, Snugborough Avenue as shown in drawing B102 received on 11th May, 2004.
C 3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
