Officer's Report
The site is to the north of the T.T. Course to the north east of Ballaugh. Part of the existing outbuildings on the site have been converted to holiday accommodation in the 1980s.
A recreation room was created in part of one of the outbuildings in 1984.
It is now proposed to convert this into a tourist unit.
A front porch would be added and new windows installed. The building is modest and simple in form and the alterations and change of use are considered acceptable.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This approval relates to drawing number TA/1/04.
C 3. The accommodation hereby approved must be used by bone fide tourists only between 1st March and 1st October inclusive, with no individual letting period to extend beyond four weeks in duration.
