It is proposed to change the use of an existing office unit at Ports of Call, Bay view Road, Port St Mary, to a body therapy, treatment centre. The applicant has advised that they currently operate from ground floor premises in Ports of Call, but wish to re-locate to a first floor room.
The proposal is considered to be acceptable.
