Officer's Report
It is proposed to replace an existing implement shed. It is close to the road but is sited to the rear of a stone outbuilding which is positioned next to the highway.
The building would have dense concrete walls and a slate roof and would be taller than the existing. There would not however be any adverse impact as viewed from the road and there is no concern about whether the building is needed given the size of the land holding.
The loss of the tree which currently abuts the rear wall of the building is acceptable.
