In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr \& Mrs N Dobson
Proposal: Garage/utility extension to side of dwelling at: $\quad 10$ Kerrocoar Close Onchan which was considered on 20 May 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a a garage and utility room as shown in drawing reference 164.1 .1 received on 15 th April, 2004.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
