Schedule Of Conditions
Application Ref No: 04/00803/B
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 19th April 2004.
- The holiday unit may be occupied by bona fide tourist between 1st March and 1st October in any year, with no period of occupancy during that period exceeding four continues weeks.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
NOTE It is noted that the surface water from the property is to be discharged via a soakaway. The use of soakways are subject to Building Control approval and if this approval is not granted, the Drainage Division would not give permission for the discharge of surface water into the existing foul system and an alternative means of disposal would have to be sought. NOTE: The applicant is requested to supply the Division with a copy of any Building Control Application in relation to the surface water discharge from this development.
NOTE Public sewerage crosses this site. The line of the sewer(s) must be identified before development work commences. The sewer(s) must be fully protected whilst all building works are being carried out. No part of the proposed development may be constructed, nor any trees planted, within THREE metres of any public sewer either at the time of construction or at any time in the future.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
