Proposal: Installation of dark grey coloured aluminium framed windows to replace existing on front elevation of Glen Mill, formerly at: Race Side Turbine House Glen Road Laxey IM4 7AQ which was considered on 16 July 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the replacement of the existing windows with dark grey/black aluminium windows framed in accordance with the submitted samples received on 15 th June, 2004.
- The glazing pattern must match that of the existing windows using external glazing bars not internal plastic or metal strips.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
