The application proposes that, within the rear yard, there should be constructed a flat-roofed garage and stove building. 3. This is a modest proposal which would have only limited impact from outside of the site. 4. In response to the neighbor's concerns, we could limit the use of the stove, and draw attention to the need to comply with Building Regs in terms of footings and any other works impinging on neighbouring property.
