In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Parkinson Ltd
Proposal: Retrospective approval for amendments to ground levels of previously approved creation of landfill site for inert building waste $(00 / 01102 B)$ at: Ballacaroon Farm Westbaldwin Road Mount Rule Douglas IM4 4HS which was considered on 28 June 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

- This approval relates to the infilling which has been undertaken on the site and as is shown in drawings reference $155 / 01,05$ and 06 received on 9 th March, 2004.
- If it has not already been undertaken, the site must be provided with a layer (minimum depth of 100 mm ) of top soil and this must be seeded prior to the end of March 2005.
NOTE The applicant may wish to consult the Manx Wildlife Trust in respect of the planting, maintenance and use of the land which is not to be used as part of a domestic curtilage or for grazing.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
