Reasons For Refusal
Application Ref No: 04/00529/B
- The proposed extension by reason of its size and proximity to the boundary with Number 10 Ballacriy Park would have an adverse impact on the residential amenities currently enjoyed by that property. It would have an over bearing impact and result in a loss of privacy for the residents of Number 10 to the extent that it would be an unneighbourly form of development.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
