C 1 . The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2 . This approval relates to the drawing submitted on 24th March 2004. C 3 . There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer. C 4 . The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate. C 5 . The size of the window apertures on the front elevation of the extension must match those on the front elevation of the existing dwelling.
C 6 . The depth of the window reveals must match the reveals of the existing windows on the front elevation.
C 7 . The boundary stone wall must be retained as part of this development. C 8 . The render finish must be roughcast to allow a soft finish to reflect as far as possible the external finish of the existing dwelling. Details of this finish must be submitted to and approvd by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of works.
C 9 . The width, depth and height of the new gable stack must match the existing stack on the eastern gable.
I confirm that this decision accords with Government Circular No 57/01 (Delegation of Functions to Director of Planning and Building Control).
