1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to the additional plan submitted on 9th April, 2001, only.

1. The new pillars must be finished to match the existing, traditionally laid, stone wall along the front boundary.

NOTE The vehicle footway crossing shall be constructed in compliance with Manx Roads 2.

NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
