1. The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
2. The accommodation may be used only in association with the residential use of "The Garth" and not independently thereof.
3. This approval relates to drawings numbered $3938 / 1,3938 / 2$, and $3938 / 3$ and date stamped 31st March 2004.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
