which was considered on 26 May 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works June be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers R/1/04, R/4/04 and the location plan submitted on 30th March 2004.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- The boundary alongside the hardstanding area between the corner of the garage and the roadside walling must be formed by a low, traditionally laid stone or stone clad wall. A drawing showing this walling must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of works.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
