Officer's Report
The site lies on the corner of Victoria Avenue and a lane which runs to the rear of this property and nos 3-29 Victoria Avenue (odd numbers only). The side of the property runs right alongside the lane.
Proposed here is the replacement of the existing top hung plastic casements with sliding sashes. The existing windows to be replaced are in the rear outlet which is a more modern addition but nevertheless this alteration will improve the appearance of the property.
