Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans
This approval relates to the erection of a dwelling as shown in drawings 1-7, 04/16/1 and 2 all received on 2nd February, 2004 and modification of the existing garage such that it complies with these submitted drawings.
Garage regularisation
The said garage must be regularised, in order that it complies completely with the approval granted, within three months of the occupation of the dwelling hereby approved.
Foul sewer connection
The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.
Surface water drainage
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
Matching roof materials
The roof of the dwelling must match that of the garage which must be finished in tiles to match those on the existing garage which is to be modified.
