Reasons For Refusal
Application Ref No: 04/00193/B On Review
- The sight lines proposed for the additional drive do not conform with the Highway Authority's standards; in any event, the sight line in the Ballasalla direction relies on land outside of the site; the proposal would entail either reversing on to or off of the highway, which is a busy secondary route, contrary to the interests of road safety.
- This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
