Officer's Report
The application seeks the erection of a dwelling with a detached garage on land of Gardeners Lane in Ramsey. The overall surrounding area has a long planning history that has resulted in permission for the development of five house plots.
This application is associated with two other current applications, 04/227 & 04/228, which have been submitted in order to accommodate a sixth dwelling in the area. I consider that an additional dwelling can be accommodated within the area without detrimental impact and as such I recommend approval subject to a condition relating to landscaping.
