C 1 . The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

N 1 . The applicant is advised to contact the Office of Environmental Health for advice with regard to the provisions of the Housing (Flats) Regulations 1982.

C 2 . This approval relates to plans and information submitted and date stamped 16th February 2004.
