In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 18 June 2004, for the reasons set out in the attached schedule.

- The proposed decking and balcony area is considered to be an unneighbourly form of development insofar as additional noise and disturbance is likely to take place at first floor level.
- This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
