In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr R Boothman
Proposal: Erection of a utility room extension to replace existing outhouse at: $\quad 11$ Palatine Road Douglas IM2 3BQ which was considered on 18 March 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
