The application proposes a first floor extension on the rear elevation of a semi-detached dwelling in Ramsey. The proposed extension includes the use of rooflights.
A previous application, 03/0898, for a similar proposal was refused due to design elements that allowed an unacceptable level of overlooking of the neighbouring property. This current application is the result of discussions with the architect and has removed the problematic design elements. Therefore I consider the proposal to now be acceptable and recommend approval.
